Assembly Kitter – Fast Ag Solutions, LLC

At Fast Ag Solutions, we supply farmers with agricultural equipment to feed the world. We are looking to add an Assembly Kitter assist driving efficiency in our manufacturing process. As an Assembly Kitter, you will utilize a detailed pick list to gather items required to assemble ag equipment from organized bin locations, place them on a cart for later assembly, and document the process in our ERP/MRP system.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for physical movement and storage of components and finished goods into, within, and out of the kitting area while maintaining accurate computer and written records of these movements. Maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness related to part relocation and ERP/MRP transactions
• Lift 50 lbs.
• 10 to 11 hour shifts, 4 to 5 days per week
• Organize and store incoming parts from receiving and paint
• Perform cycle counts and data entry
• Build sub-assemblies
• Operate multiple types of forklifts
• May deliver or pick up goods in company vehicle
• Maintains accurate records and follows established procedures
• Assist Receiving as needed

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills for keeping accurate inventory
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must exhibit excellent attendance, punctuality, and working relationships
