Position:Medical History Specialist
Job overview:Our office in Monterrey provides remote service to several Medical Offices in the United States. A Medical History Specialist provides remote medical, administrative and documentation assistance for pediatric patients, in the state of Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Request, review and update electronic medical records (ER visits-hospitalization, immunization records)
Complete medical forms: prescriptions, referrals, medical equipment requests
Schedule medical appointments
Notify patients about lab results and/or imaging studies
Skills, abilities and knowledge:
Medical terminology knowledge required
Good judgment, organizational ability, attention to detail and the ability to be self-motivated.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-stress and fast-moving environment.
Excellent computer and phone skills.
Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish.
Basic Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
