Muller, Inc. has an opening for an Area Sales Manager in the beverage industry. Area for Philadelphia County, West Philadelphia, and Surrounding Area.
The ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented multi-tasker with professional
sales and supervisory experience.
Primary duties include but are not limited to: Sales personnel ride-withs;
developing and maintaining favorable relationships with new and existing key
accounts within assigned territory; collecting, processing, evaluating and
recapping sales and distribution reports; participating in scheduled sales team
meetings; maintaining contact with multiple departments; communicating
activities and situations in the marketplace to the Director of Sales; and team
member development and performance evaluations.

The Position includes Allowance for both Car and Cell Phone (if a we do not provide one)

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task
• Ability to ensure customer satisfaction by developing and maintaining positive customer relations while selling a portfolio of brands
• Experience supervising sales staff - Ability to develop, guide and lead sales team members
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly and efficiently address retailer’s concerns ensuring excellent customer service
• Strong Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office; knowledge of VIP, Beverage Software a plus
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or experience in wholesale distribution sales and supervision.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with Philadelphia's surrounding Counties. You will work out of the county 3-4 days a week and one day in the Philadelphia office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
