Job description

We are looking for someone who has a customer service background andexperience in the handyperson/contractor space.

This will be a virtual position and you must have a computer and headset for answering calls.

Daily Expecations:

  • Answer Calls
  • Schedule Appointments
  • Confirm Schedule
  • Upsell Customer

Systems Used:

  • Dialpad
  • Google Office
  • Keap

This role is ideally for:

  • An enthusiastic person
  • Someone who enjoys talking to people
  • Who can close clients

We are a leading handyman company with 5 years in the business. This is a Monday- Friday position, roughly 9am-5pm

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
