Job description

Our busy Bill Kidd's Volvo Service department needs a full time cashier and appointment coordinator to add to our team! We are looking for a team players who is reliable, friendly, and is customer service driven.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service skills, as well as basic computer skills. Prior experience as an appointment coordinator is also helpful.

· Cashier Duties

· Answer Phone Calls

· Routing calls as needed

· Setting service appointments

· Greet customers with positive attitude

· Provide excellent customer service

· Be able to take written and verbal instructions

· Detail oriented

Needed shifts are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday with some Saturdays needed.
