About the Job:
All Therapies Support, Inc. is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analyst's, Board Certified associate Behavior Analysts's and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide ABA services in home, school, and/or community. We are currently hiring for South Volusia (Edgewater, Port Orange, and New Smyrna Beach).
Requirements:
- We are looking for those candidates that already hold certification in the above areas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep patient information confidential.
BCBA and BCaBA Responsibilities:
- Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written
communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations. - Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction.
- Maintain caseload of clients: Write comprehensive Individual Behavior Plan for each child assessed.
- Keep detailed notes of patient meetings and progress.
- Provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians.
RBT Responsibilities:
- Implements behavior plans.
- Collects skill acquisition and behavior reduction data.
- Applies feedback and training on ABA job performance given by the lead BCBA or BCaBA.
- Provides behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom.
- Maintains daily documentation of services rendered.
This position is part-time with the ability to move to full-time.
