Appliance Warehouse Service Technician + 75% Company paid benefits! Monday - Friday with some overnights each month; providing you and your loved ones the time to enjoy those moments that matter!
As a CSC Appliance Warehouse Service Technician , you will be responsible for providing troubleshooting, preventative maintenance & repair on our Washer/Dryer appliances. Your days will primarily start & finish at our company warehouse, while occasionally servicing company appliances in the field. As this position will require some travel each month to other CSC Branches, a company card will provided to you for accommodations. If you're mechanically inclined, problem solver, love mechanical puzzles, this job is for you!
Job Duties:
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electronic, and technological repairs on laundry equipment (washing machines/dryers).
- Proactively managing maintenance requirements to keep machines working reliably, reducing the need for future service calls.
- Some travel required with overnight stays at CSC Branches to service company equipment(CSC Accommodations provided)
- Resolve maintenance issues and complete preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Maintaining stock of parts so you’re always prepared to provide a quick solution.
- Instruct customers and/or clients how to operate appliances and equipment in a safe and effective manner.
- Testing out equipment to make sure it’s fully functioning before leaving warehouse/service area.
- Keeping delivery locations clean and safe - a quick yet important part of our Best-in-Class service.

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass Background, drug screening & MVR Screening
- Previous Appliance Service Experience
- Mechanical/Electrical Experience
- Bending, lifting, moving appliances; will occasionally work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related)
- Efficient with Computer/Smart phone technology
