$3,000 BONUS!! Key Management is seeking to hire talented individuals to join our growing family! Qualified candidate will be a highly motivated, self starter that's eager to learn while working in a face paced environment. This position may be part time or full time hours (more details during the interview). Must be willing to travel between Ottawa, KS and Paola,KS. Apartment Maintenance experience preferred. Benefits are available for all full time employees.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to-

*Work closely with the Property Manager and resident to identify and resolve maintenance issues in their homes

*Maintain proper inventory while working within the operating budget

*Repair and make ready apartment homes for new residents

*Maintain curb appeal and amenities

*Repair minor plumbing problems

*Drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, appliance repair and general building maintenance

*Ability to adapt to changes in workflow while meeting deadlines

*Willingness to work hard and have a good attitude

* Must be willing to travel a little between two properties

*Exceptional time management skills

*Emergency On Call
