We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our 500+ unit community in Lisle, IL. The team is looking for a proven leader that is customer service focused, organized, developmental, self driven, passionate and transparent. The duties include the industry practices of prioritizing work orders, personnel supervision, vendor supervision, capital project management, ordering parts and supplies, monitoring expenditures and keeping the community clean and maintained. This is a position and will require field work that may include work orders, vacant turn maintenance and preventative maintenance. On call hours are required on a rotated basis with other maintenance staff members.
