Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Apartment Leasing Agent to join our progressively growing team, and oversee all the leasing efforts for Gateway Terrace. This garden-style community is comprised of 257 units for our SENIORS to call home. This property is located in the Victoria Park area and has attracted high quality tenants. This is a rare opportunity to work in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in the area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents
• Confirm rental application data and personal references
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
• Act that the community liaison and improve relations with the community
• Speaking engagements at community events
• Performing community informational service events
• Attend community marketing and networking event opportunities
• Generate community awareness of services
• Touting activities in the community
• Execute plans of action for marketing and community outreach
• Maintain professional relationships with community partners
• Provide staff development and community education programs
• Oversee public relations activities for property
• Craft messaging for social media outlets around community activities
• Other administrative tasks, as assigned by Community Director
