Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our winning team at Indian Springs Apartments! We are offering great pay up to $16 an hour PLUS $75 lease new lease commissions, full benefits, and tuition reimbursement. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greets, assists, and attempts to lease apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community
- Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are acceptable for showing
- Must be aware of the "Curb Appeal" of the property
- Creates all lease documents and facilitates getting all parties to sign where required
- Maintains all resident files both physical and digital in YARDI
- Performs additional functions from time to time as requested by the Property Manager
Knowledge, Skills ,and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in multifamily housing as a Leasing Consultant. 1+ year(s) in multifamily housing preferred
- Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
- Have good verbal and written communication
- Must engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents.
- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
- A valid Driver's License is required
