Summary of Position

The Anodize Tech works as part of a team performing essential job functions to move, prep, clean, load or unload materials or product. The Anodize Tech’s assigned team and tasks will be the Anodize Department.

Shift Schedule:

7 PM - 5:15 AM Mon - Thurs

If applicable, Overtime: Fridays

WWS - Monett Requirements

· Pass pre-employment tests.

· Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner.

Environment

· Noise level requires hearing protection.

· Seasonal high/low temperatures and humidity.

· Elevated heights.

· Fumes or airborne particles.

· Toxic or caustic chemicals.

· Must be willing to and able to comply with all plant safety regulations including wearing appropriate PPE when on the production floor.

Essential Responsibilities

· Sort, load and unload material.

· Use of hand tools and machinery is required to maintain equipment.

· Comply with safety, quality, and productivity requirements and procedures.

· Regular / dependable attendance required.

· Flexibility of work hours including overtime.

· Participates in WWS’s continuous improvement efforts by understanding his/her team’s performance and activtly implementing and supporting process improvements.

Additional Responsibilities

· Ability to rotate to other positions as needed.

· Other duties may be assigned.

Education and Experience

· Manufacturing experience is preferred.

Skills

· Able to work with minimal supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regularly required to stand, reach, bend, talk, hear and move about the facility. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds and grip 60 pounds. The employee must occasionally push up to 49 pounds and pull up to 118 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.75 - $24.00 per hour
