Animal Caretaker - part time

Diamond Creek is seeking a reliable, responsible and energetic individual to join our team. We provide superior animal care in a friendly and professional environment. Experience working with animals is a plus but will train the right person.

Shifts: 7 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm (sometimes longer when needed).

This position would start off around 20-25 hours per week and will increase to 30+ in the summer. Must be available days, and weekends. Flexible availability is a must.

Duties include but not limited to, caring for pets residing with us - feeding, cleaning, exercising, maintaining care records, etc...

Job requires no physical limitations.

This position does offer the opportunity of growth into other areas of the facility such as Day Care and Office help.

We are staffed 365 days a year, including holidays. We do not close the pet retreat accommodations for bad weather, someone is here every shift to care for the animals.

We provide our guests with outside play regardless of the weather.
