This is a hybrid position that highly encourages the Transaction Controls Analyst to go into the Orlando office once a week.
Position Purpose:
Responsible for data analysis, problematic transactions as it relates to the customer and process controls, including system and invoicing accuracy and impacts. This role will be responsible for root cause analysis, resolution of complex data flows through our systems and offshore validations. In addition, this role will advise our stakeholders on customer reporting and transaction-related items in order to facilitate resolution.
Major/Key Accountabilities:
- Analyses customer transactional metrics, and identifies relevant trends using statistical technique, using data to provide guidance and recommendations to business partners
- Responsible for ensuring transactional accuracy and data integrity on requests processed internally and by Mexico/Genpact resources.
- Provides continuous training to the Genpact team.
- Manages complex data requests with internal business partners to ensure execution of Service Requests and Problematic Transactions accurately and timely.
- Establishes a strong partnership with Customer Service and Sales and provides support and guidance based on impact and root cause analysis.
- Interprets complex data flows through the supply chain in order to identify audit variance drivers and recommend solutions.
- Leads & participates in cross-functional projects related to customer reporting and transaction controls.
- Works closely with IT to lead and execute end to end CHEP system testing for business process improvements.
- Monitor SOPs and controls for process accuracy and efficiency providing recommended revisions.
Measures:
- Reduction of problematic transaction volume and manual touch points over time.
- Transaction Controls & Analysis Service Request age.
- Transactional and invoice accuracy for required team outputs prior to distribution and implementation.
- Report-Outs to the business that provides continuous insights on customer reporting and impacts.
- Transaction Controls & Analysis initiatives and targets
- Customer satisfaction related to Transaction Controls & Analysis influenced areas
- Monthly/Quarterly Security Audits
- Root Cause and Invoicing Impact Analysis
Authority/Decision Making:
- Approval authorities per Brambles and CHEP USA authority matrix.
- Systems testing business approval for TC processes.
- Resolution of customer problems within scope of role
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience (desirable) with customer movement reporting or other relevant experience such as Customer Operations, Stock Management, or Sales.
- Understanding of inventory control practices and analysis.
- Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally for problem resolution, process improvements, and projects
- 2 – 3 years’ experience within SAP, Siebel, Microsoft Office Suite, Qlikview and Business Warehouse
- Experience with MyCHEP, WinShuttle,and LEAN desirable
- Well versed in stocks and flows management
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret information utilizing tools such as v-lookup, pivot tables, charts & graphs
Skills and Knowledge:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (advanced skills in Excel, Access); strong SAP background; BW; and Siebel CRM
- Must be able to function effectively in a cross-functional and high-activity / deadline-oriented environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure to quickly develop and execute a plan with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
- Able to present progress, findings, status, risks, next steps and recommendations to Manager/Director stakeholder levels
- Understanding of business process analysis techniques including Six Sigma and Lean tools
- Capable of understanding technical application structures supporting area of expertise
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
