ROYAL TOUCH CLEANING SERVICES LLC is looking for a hardworking, self motivated cleaner with a great work ethic to clean 3 AirBNB properties in Royal Oak/Southfield Area.

***Pay starts at $18 an hour and goes up to $20 after 60 days***

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to drive to job sites
• Own a smartphone that allows you access to our cleaning services app
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude, team player, motivated, hard working individual
• Must be in overall good health, and able to keep up with the demands of a physical job such as house cleaning
• Be able to pass a background check
• You are responsible to transport yourself between Airbnb units during the day
• Must be available to work within the hours of 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM on weekdays and weekends
• Spring/ Summer months are the busiest where bookings could double or triple with "Same Day Arrivals" from guests.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean and maintain properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with prescribed company standards
• Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces
• Move all reasonably portable furniture to clean under and behind
• Launder & Change bed linens / towels
• Create a welcoming environment for our guests and owners by ensuring homes are clean and cared for
• Collect and remove trash and debris
• Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
• Performing repetitive cleaning tasks everyday
• Notify manager of low cleaning supply stock (cleaning supplies are provided by Manager)
• On-time, organized, and able to be punctual or early to all scheduled work shifts
• Schedule : Varies based on weekly bookings, but weekend availability is a must
