About us

We are a professional adult day/behavior program that supervises and coordinates activities of developmentally disabled individuals to train and improve vocational, social and independent skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Successful completion of background check and fingerprinting

Responsibilites:

• Instruct and counsel clients as appropriate to maintain a positive training technique with a view of increasing social independence, personal growth and work related tasks.
• Assist in providing information reports and observations related to individual plans or any important incidents.
• Assists clilents with feeding and toileting as needed.
• Facilitate group activities with clients based on their abilities.
• Maintain an organized and clean environment.
• Collaborates well with all staff members.
• Participates in staff meetings and in service training programs.
• Assist program coordinator in administration duties.
• While preforming the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The employee is occassionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occassionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
