Saint Bernadette Catholic School is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as our Admission Director. The primary job responsibilities of the Admission Director are to proactively work with school and parish faculty and staff to develop, market and manage all aspects of the enrollment process. As the first contact for prospective families, the director must enthusiastically recruit and welcome new members of the school community. Duties include working with prospective families by reviewing applications, providing tours, setting up Open Houses, and evaluating applicants’ academic records. Once accepted, the director welcomes families to the school community by hosting social events and developing communication that provides important information about preparing for the first day of school.The Admission Director coordinates administrative tasks with the school Office Manager and parish Business Manager related to re-enrollment of current students, enrollment of new students, tuition assistance applications and the FACTS tuition payments system. Provides up-to-date information related to admissions for the school website.
The Admission Director must be passionate and committed to Catholic education.
