Position Title – Administrator, LOA
Address – Remote - CA
Pay – $26.00/hr.
Hours – 8am -5pm, M-F PST
Vaccine Requirement – Vaccine and booster required

Position Purpose:

Administer various aspects of all leave of absences including but not limited to, Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), parental leave, personal health emergency leave, and other company leaves of absence. Assists LOA team with employee inquiries, documentation requests, leave extensions, and overall leave tracking in coordination with third party administrator. Processes and Track LOA statuses in Oracle HCM.Communicate LOA details regularly and accurately with Payroll and Benefits

Required Skills & Education:

• Requires extensive knowledge of leave of absences, including FMLA, CFRA, ADA, CA State Disability Insurance, CA Paid Family Leave, and other applicable state and federal laws
• 3+ years’ experience in Leave of Absence, ADA, and Workers Compensation Administration - MUST have hands on experience with LOA
• Word, Excel, and some type of HRIS data entry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
