· Clearable (prefer an IRS CI High Risk clearance within the last 2 years)

Required:

Must have worked with and have a good understanding of the items below:

1. MS System Center Configuration Management (SCCM)

• Deployed software via SCCM packages.
• Created packages and task sequences within SCCM.

2. Hands on experience in MS Deployment Toolkit (MDT)

3. Hands on experience in building user centric profiles.

4. Must have strong experience in developing images, sequences and scripting for imaging in order to build robust application packages.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment and Image Management – automated
• Assist in providing physical workstations including laptops, thin clients, desktops, and all accessories.
• Client is migrating to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Support Windows computer Image engineering and deployment
• Creation and installation of Baseline and Above Baseline (ABA) images and software and agency approved base images will be installed at the warehouse facility.
• Configure workstation to the latest version of BIOS/UEFI.
• Using Client tools, provide automated software delivery and installation mechanism for all baseline and Above Baseline Application software, pursuant to approval, for all users including teleworkers.
• Maintain process documentation/process flows for firmware updates, creation and installation of baseline images, ABA images, software upgrades, and critical security patches.
• Validate accuracy of these baselines using an automated process.
• Ensure all security and user-credential certificates, and certificate trust chains are installed in compliance with CI defined procedures.
• Support determining hardware compatibility for software upgrades including Operating System.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
