As an Administrative Program Manager - Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative tasks of the Clinical Supervisors and ensuring positive program outcomes. You will work in conjunction with the OMHC Clinical Manager and Executive Team to ensure timely submission of all clinical documentation, family sessions are provided according to agency policy, and clients are actively engaged in treatment according to agency standards. Additionally, you will follow up on referrals to PRP and/or additional resources, ensure clients are seen according to treatment frequency, and track disciplinary actions for clinicians and supervisors. You will attend monthly clinical team meetings and monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure the agency is meeting productivity requirements. Your role will be critical in ensuring the success of the program and promoting positive client outcomes.


QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

Minimum of two years of supervisory or managerial experience in behavioral health

  • Master's (Required)
  • LCPC, LCSW-C, LPC (Required)
  • Supervising Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Leadership Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Bilingual Preferred
  • Effective Communication and Strong Computer skills are necessary.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


TASKS

1. Responsible for administrative oversight of the Clinical Supervisors

2. Monitoring program outcome measures to ensure positive results including those shared with OMHC Program Manager

3. Work in conjunction with the OMHC Clinical Manager and Executive Team

4. Ensure timely submission of all clinical documentation (i.e reassessments, ITP's, discharges)

5. Ensure family sessions are provided in accordance with agency policy

6. Follow up on referrals to PRP and/or additional resources

7. Ensure clients are seen according to treatment frequency

8. Ensure clients are actively engaged in treatment according to agency standards

9. Ensure staff are meeting agency productivity requirements

10. Track disciplinary actions for clinicians and supervisors

11. Work in conjunction with the Executive Team

12. Attend monthly clinical team meetings

13. Monitor Key Performance Indicators
