Job Purpose:
Create a welcoming environment for Licensees and Clients of Jack White Real Estate. Maintains and Operates the front desk.
Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
Greet persons entering the lobby, determines the nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
Monitor visitor and Licensee suite access
Answer incoming telephone calls and directs them appropriately
Open lobby for business by retrieving daily newspaper, turning on lights, making coffee, and turning phones on ring and retrieving messages
Close lobby for business by turning off lights, turning phones over to night ring and cleaning coffee pots for next day.
Take written messages and deliver messages in a timely manner
Maintain Licensee mailboxes
Ensure cleanliness of lobby area and conference rooms.
Rental filing
Submit sign requests for Licensees
Provide appointment reminders and courtesy calls to licensees prior to their scheduled floor time
Receive, sort and route all mail and deliveries
Prepare FedEx shipments online and prepare outgoing mail using digital postage meter.
Stock and maintain coffee station, kitchen and training room and conference rooms
Stock and maintain all production rooms including supply cabinets, form drawers and paper in printers.
Obtain and process Title Checks through MLS
Verify billing documents prior to forwarding to the Office Manager for approval
Tour packet distribution
Request and update phone rosters monthly
Keep inventory of office supplies, create orders and provide requisitions for approval
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Internet Explorer and social media marketing for business.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Individual must possess an outgoing, positive disposition.
- Individual must possess and continually display professional business demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
