Job description
Integral IT Services is a locally owned small business IT Company looking for a full-time Office Assistant. This position has a variety of job responsibilities. You will be assisting the Office Manager and the other co-workers as needed.
Answer telephones, dispatch jobs, respond to follow up calls or emails for clients in a timely manner, scheduling appointments, run errands, assisting in exercising the importance of the Culture of Integral IT Services in day-to-day tasks, and continually help make the office a fun and great place to work.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Strong customer service skills; ability to make a real connection with people over the phone and in person
Ability to communicate with clients, co-workers, and management in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to accurately perform detail-oriented tasks
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to use logic and problem-solving skills to resolve issues (i.e. not only “follow instructions”)
Overseeing customer accounts. Processing customer payment and invoices. Collection of invoices on past due accounts as well.
Reviewing and discussing different projects with staff and following through with customers.
Help in handling all office and shop purchase orders
Assist in keeping track of office supply inventory and make sure all is fully stocked
Clear and concise verbal and written communications skills
Ability to resolve conflict quickly and appropriately
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
General computer competence (Microsoft Office, googling things, ... Know how to use a computer as a tool)
Learn our unique CRM related software
Good organizational skills
Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to be interrupted and then return to a task without getting too mixed up or losing your place
High school diploma or GED
3 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented atmosphere is strongly desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
