Mercy Fitzgerald, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team!

40hrs/wk Monday-Friday 8a-5p (normal business hours, start/end times can be discussed) No holidays or weekends.

Summary:

Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of medium and large projects and tasks, ensuring consistency with organization strategy, commitment to goals, and enhancing the functions of the team. Works closely with the senior team and other members of leadership and frontline colleagues to meet project timelines and prioritizing work to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our patients, colleagues, providers, and communities.

  • Provides administrative support to members of the senior team including but not limited to calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Acts as project coordinator to ensure on-time completion of initiatives, aids with communication, tracks measures of success, and creates new methods to improve processes.
  • Accountable for successfully managing project outcomes, anticipating needs and deadlines, and providing practical solutions for execution.
  • Responsible for documentation preparation, and scheduling of town halls, executive rounding schedules, on and offsite meetings, and other projects as assigned.
  • Responsible for obtaining and analyzing data to prepare reports and to communicate and identify solutions in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Liaison for Administration, leadership, colleagues, and patients to ensure clear communication and timely completion of obligations.
  • Effectively manages resources, assists with onboarding new colleagues and supports engagement activities to ensure the delivery of a positive workplace experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/related field required
  • Master's preferred
  • At least 3 years experience in healthcare with project management and executive level support background preferred
