Job description
Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as directed by the leadership team; coordinate meetings, organize appointments and schedule for the leadership team; act as a receptionist and contact person for Corporate Security staff; take meeting notes, compose correspondence and distribute as directed by the leadership team; maintain a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of department work; pick up and distribute mail for Corporate Security staff; make travel arrangements for Corporate Security staff; maintain departmental expense records including corporate credit cards to ensure expenses are paid timely; order office supplies and maintain appropriate office supply levels; compile and maintain investigative and physical security files and correspondence, etc. Research, document and process restitution payments. Manage the electronic incident reports (eIRs) to include eIR assignments, reconciliation, escalations and efiles. Perform other duties as assigned

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Some College preferred
- 2-4 years extensive experience in PC environment required
