Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and e-mails.
  • Provide administrative support to the company.
  • Provide reception services to visitors.
  • Keep office areas tidy and clean.
  • Answer general inquiries.
  • Transcribe e-mails and letters.
  • Prepare documents using word processing software.
  • Prepare documents using spreadsheet software.
  • Prepare documents using presentation software.
  • Distribute mail among staff members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
