Your tasks

THE POSITION
Coordinator of Plant Administrative Services for Production Manager; records maintenance; special events & meetings coordination; administration of procedures and policies. Requires self-direction, high motivation to handle multi-task oriented position, and the ability to responsibly handle sensitive and confidential information. The position requires interaction with Sr. management and all levels of BU management (globally, as well as local and corporate facilities).

Manages day to day business affairs associated with office of the Production Manager.
Independently schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, meetings rooms and equipment, provides information to callers. Coordinate conference calls/net meetings and equipment.
Special Events & meeting coordinator - plant meetings, conferences, visits by customers which may include state and local government dignitaries. Coordinates and handles logistics for both on-site and off-site.
Administrative Reports – Prepares and distributes reports as required by Production Manager.
Presentation Coordination – creates and assists with presentation material.
Coordinates special projects within BU and business team administration staff.
Makes purchases as required for PLT Management.
Make travel arrangements, both domestic and international for Production Manager and PLT Management team. Procurement of passports and visas and assist international visitors with travel arrangements.
Completes expense reports for PLT Management, including reconciliation of expenses to corporate credit card charges and purchasing card charges
Completes purchase requisitions and disbursement requests for payment of invoices, etc. required for Plant Administrative Services. Financial Tracking for PLT Department budgets.
Assist Production Manager in coordination of requests for PLT assistance. Direct and screen calls, answer questions from plant personnel, contractors, vendors and Corporate Engineering.
Act as liaison between plant personnel, as well as Corporate and Conti personnel.
Perform other duties as directed by the Production Manager

Basic Requirements:
Associates Degree
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Requirements:
SAP experience
