ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - HOAMCO (Albuquerque, NM)
HOAMCO has an immediate opening for a strong and seasoned Administrative Assistant for our offices in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are looking for an experienced, detail oriented employee who will thrive with prioritizing daily duties, express excellent customer service and has over-the-top communication skills both verbal and written.
This is a full-time position with medical, dental, vision, holiday pay, PTO, 401K and more!

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional Admin experience (Executive level preferred, not mandatory)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine
  • Strong sense of and high standard for customer service
  • Amazing communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Seasoned in computer skills
  • Ability to work in an executive level environment
Job Responsibilities:
  • Administration tasks as provided, working both independently and with colleagues
  • Microsoft Word based programs, Word, Excel and using Outlook to complete various admin projects
  • Answering phones while multi-tasking with projects
  • Excellent customer service providing assistance to both Homeowners and Board of Directors
  • Creative eye for polished written communications
