Hiring Immediately, Administrative Assistant for our Collision Center.

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant! We need to add an assistant to handle document management, phone duties, and clerical operations due to an increase in business.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous collision center experience is not required. Qualified candidates will have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Important qualities for this position are organization, ability to work independently after tasks are assigned, communication skills, and teamwork. Come join the Fitzgerald Auto Mall team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scan documents for our estimating system.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers for updates.
• Schedule appointments for the Collision Center.
• Collating of reports and filing to assist management.
• Additional tasks as assigned by management.
