We are currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to support Construction & Facilities. This person will be responsible for general office support.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Construction Managers and assist as needed during new project set up, create project lists, and keep updated throughout project
  • Work closely with Construction and Showroom Maintenance Department, Real Estate Department, Accounting Department and Corp (RTG), assisting as needed
  • Maintain construction files
  • Applications for payment and change orders tracking
  • Track progress payment Lien Waivers
  • Maintain showroom maintenance lists
  • Maintain constructions costs spreadsheets
  • Maintain store location info lists
  • Coordinate independent testing services RFP's
  • Maintain certificate of insurance for active projects

Qualifications:
  • Administrative experience in construction or similar industry (e.g. facilities, real estate, architecture)
  • Broad understanding of construction industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task as this position will require the support of multiple projects
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
