The Factory Fitness Center is an organization formed around the concept of building your best self in all areas of life. With this in mind, we are looking for someone to work the Administrative Assistant position who is willing to bring their ideas to the table and grow with the company but is still going to pay close attention to detail in day to day tasks.

This position is for weekends with hours on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am - 2:00pm. There will be opportunities to pick up additional weekday shifts as well.

This position consists of the following tasks…

• Assisting with front desk paperwork
• Assisting with email correspondences
• Assistance with event planning
• Assistance in member billing
• Paperwork Input and Processing
• Inventory Management
• Answering general questions for members
• Giving tours of the facility to prospective members
• Product Sales (Including both in person as well as website sales)
• Occasional light cleaning tasks and product stocking around the gym

With these tasks in mind, there is opportunity for growth within the company. We are always interested in hearing thoughts and ideas from team members with the plan on growing and improving what we do as an organization.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekends only
