S&K Building Services is moving towards a more tech savvy work environment and we’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to help us transition! This opportunity offers potential for growth and a flexible part time work schedule.
Furthermore, if you’re looking for an opportunity to contribute to our success via an adminstrative role and a hands-on role, we would also be excited to consider you for a hybrid role! This full time hybrid opportunity would entail 20 working hours in the office and 20 working hours in the field as a Window Cleaning Technician.
This position will support Great Lakes Window Cleaning, an S&K acquired company.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Enter invoices and statements into platform; send invoices and statements to customers.
• Transition data to HubSpot and review work orders for accuracy.
• Transition data into QuickBooks
• Send bids and confirm work order schedule (added future responsibility)

WHO YOU ARE

• You are tech savvy with excellent computer skills using multiple software platforms.
• You have excellent data entry skills.
• You are highly detail oriented.
• You have the ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience with QuickBooks
