Primary Talent Partners has a 6-month contract opening for an Administrative Assistant with a global biopharmaceutical client of ours in Lawrence Township, NJ. This position is 50% hybrid, but may require more onsite depending on the needs of the individual you would work with.
Pay: $26 per hour
Job Description:
Perform diverse administrative duties, which by nature of the position involve high-level contacts and exposure to sensitive information, necessitating the considerable use of confidentiality, tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment. Proactively maintain the calendar, looking ahead at schedules, events, and the needs of the manager and team. Schedule internal and external meetings, arrange travel, including complex international travel aligned with corporate guidelines, and proactively review and refine travel arrangements.

Qualifications:
1 year or more of relevant work experience Direct experience supporting staff in an administrative assistant role. Working experience of Microsoft Outlook. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Be familiar with email and Internet protocol. Must have at least a HS diploma or equivalent and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. This position supports a VP but the level of experience and skills needed would only be at an Admin level.
