Administrative Assistant
Peak Community Services, Inc.
Peak Community Services is looking for a qualified administrative assistant who will assist with nonprofit administrative duties. Expected tasks will include:
RESPONSIBILITIES:.
- Assist in collecting and reviewing case notes for payroll approval.
- Collect and review scheduling templates from Community Living Coordinators and submit to Community Living Manager for approval.
- Monitor staff SOE hours including PTO and other time off request and notify Managers if SOE is not being met.
- Input Manager approved schedule templates into scheduling software.
- Assist with maintaining CL, Non-24 CL and FS calendars.
- Call applicants and set up interviews for the Managers.
- Maintain a current list of staff, clients, guardians, and case managers within 3 assigned departments
- Provide communication to staff regarding meetings, trainings, and administrative tasks.
- Assist Managers with Utilization spreadsheets
- Maintain availability of supplies within each department.
- Assist with client appointments including medical, outings, financial meetings etc.
- Attend Utilization meetings to take minutes.
- Maintain conformance with CARF and all applicable standards, rules, regulations, laws, and administrative codes.
- Other duties as assigned by the COO to promote efficient operations within assigned departments.
