IS ON SITE; NOT REMOTE

we are looking a admin assistant; SALARY $17 LOCATION HIALEAH; 33018

Mon to Fri 8 am - 5pm. Hour for lunch.

Provide professional and eficient customer service to existing and potential customers. Review sales orders, return requests from reps and provide status of of the customer account. Send weekly statements to sales rep. Review and report on gas expenses for delivery vehicles. Assist as needed in promotions, supplies for reps,etc. Assist in communications with customers and employees as needed. Prepare reports as required by upper management

Experience in customer service. Positive attitude and ability to solve problems. Friendly and able to work with different cultures and personalities.

Requirements:

Excel, Word, Quickbooks. Ability to learn new software- sales and inventory software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
