Bryan University is currently seeking a Medical Assistant Instructor living in KS, MO or AR for our Online division. Instructors are responsible for teaching courses that are fully developed and prepared. Duties include, but are not limited to, grading papers, providing accurate feedback on assignments, and addressing student questions and concerns.

If you are able to engage students effectively, and provide student support and academic coaching that yields performance improvement, you are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Bryan University takes pride in hiring and retaining the field's most dynamic, talented, and passionate professionals. We are seeking adjunct faculty for day and evening positions with the following qualifications:

· Four or more years of work as a medical assistant or medical office professional

· At least an associate degree in a related field from an accredited post-secondary institution

· Able to interact with all levels of management, employees and students

· Preferred but not required, Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or have other industry certifications that are related to working in a medical office.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as planning, organizing and delegation skills.

· The ability to utilize different methods and mediums to deliver material.
