Job Summary
The Healing Arts Center is looking for a warm and caring wellness oriented individual to be a floater for our wellness centers that provide primarily Acupuncture (specializing in women's health). Some interaction with patients for our chiropractors and other providers may overlap. We have offices in Bryn Mawr and Old City Philadelphia and the time will be split between the two.

Responsibilities and Duties
Receptionist roles including accepting payments, schedule patients, answering phones and turning over rooms which involves Covid protocols of wiping surfaces.

Managing multiple practitioners schedules while maintaining empathy for patient’s situations.

Insurance knowledge and explanations: We have a 3rd party biller but there will be regular verification of benefits, following up with practice insurance biller and great communication with patients regarding their benefits.

Customer Service and Care: Many of our patients are struggling to conceive and being empathetic to what they're going through and most importantly not judgmental so they feel supported is key.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a medical or wellness centered preferred.
Training provided.

Fully vaccinated candidates only apply. No exceptions.

Hours:
Every Saturday in Bryn Mawr and every Monday in Old City. Rest of the schedule to be set upon hiring. 20-30 flexible hours.

Benefits
Pay: $15-$18/hr

PTO accumulated 8 hours (1 day) per month worked.

Experience:

• Medical receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
