Job Responsibilities Include:

• Caring for the residents by showing passion for planning fun activities.
• Helping with and participating in fun and engaging activities.:

Interested candidates must demonstrate capabilities with the following:

• Ability to build trusting, professional relationships with patients, families, caregivers and referral sources
• Professional demeanor in facilitating activities as scheduled on calendar
• Engaging with residents in small group activities
• Capacity to assess individual resident interests
• Willingness to assist residents with their personal preferences for daily activities
• Capable of collaborating with other departments to conduct meaningful resident engagement
• Prove interested in providing one-on-one time with residents
• Aide with documentation of assessments, participation records, and other information as required by department leader:

Preferred areas of experience:

• Nursing Home Activities experience
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (preferred, not required):
