We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join our dynamic finance team. As the team lead, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our accounts receivable department and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting and supervisory experience
• Outstanding verbal and written communication via telephone, video-conferencing, and other technology media in addition to in-person communications

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for administering monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting requests that relate to the AR function.
• Supervise and lead the cash application function internally
• Ability to serve as the firm’s primary contact for all AR and collections needs.
• Effectively and credibly interact and communicate with Finance team leadership and clients
• Responsible for all firm collection efforts, including emailing and calling clients, as needed, to follow up on receivables.
• Responsible for onboarding the firm with new clients, including the completion of vendor forms and dissemination of the firm’s bank account information.
• Anticipate work needs and organize workflow; follow through with minimal direction and follow up independently and on own initiative.
• Must be responsive to questions from internal and external teams. Must be organized and detail-oriented
