A/R Supervisor - San Leandro, CA

Pay rate: $28 - $34 PH DOE

***Temp to Hire Opportunity***

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise the AR Team and provide day-to-day operational support.
• Electronic check scanning, and verification of the associated customer payment entries.
• Prepare, post, verify, and record client payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Create invoices and submit them to clients.
• Monitor aged accounts, draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files.
• Verifies the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, P/O’s and clients.
• Adjust receivables caused by billing errors with authorization from the Accounting Manager or Director.
• Communicates with clients to expedite payment of invoices and prepayment of orders due.
• Participates in day-to-day accounting activities such as (ACH, Checks & Wires), prepares daily bank deposits and responds to client inquiries.
• Bank reconciliation, assist in month-end closing, and journal entries.

Experience & Skills:

• Extensive experience in Accounts Receivable
• Proficient with ERP system
• Good leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
