Job description
A regional manufacturing company headquartered in Westfield is adding a business to business Collections Specialist on a full-time project basis. The project is estimated to last through the end of the year and could potentially lead to a long-term role, based on business needs. This company is fully in-office and has typical hours of Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM with some flexibility on start / end time.Day to day job duties include:
- Calling and emailing customers regarding aged invoices
- Setting up payment plans
- Posting payments to customer accounts
- Issuing chargebacks as needed
- Researching / reconciling any disrepancies
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Experience in ERPs such as SAP, Netsuite, D365, Oracle, etc.
Excellent communicator
History of excellent attendance
