Accounts Receivable Clerk needed to join a rapidly growing building materials firm based in Long Island, NY - $50,000-$60,000 per annum.

A very well established building materials business in Long Island are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis.

The key duties of the Accounts Receivable Clerk include but are not limited to:

- Prepare, verify, and process invoices for services rendered.

- Enter data on manual invoices and ensure proper coding on documents.

- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.

- Collect on accounts by sending invoice reminders and communication with customers via
phone, email, or mail.

- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly
posted.

The ideal Accounts Receivable Clerk will:

- Have at least 3 years experience within a similar position.

- Have experience of working within the construction/manufacturing industry.

- Be a strong communicator and team player.

- Experienced with Netsuite or similar systems

- Be willing to commute to Lindenhurst

The successful Accounts Receivable Clerk will have the opportunity to really develop their current skills alongside having a multiple progression paths.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
