Job Duties

• Responsible for managing company Accounts Receivable activities.
• Including accurate and timely posting of payment to customer's accounts.
• Submitting deposits daily to bank by EFT and check.
• Post ACH bank transactions.
• NSF collections.
• Cross train on other company processes and be willing to assist as needed
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $15.75 to $18.00 dependent on experience

Job Requirements:

Accounting knowledge, customer service, quality focus, problem-solving, quick and accurate, energetic, advanced level Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
