Job Details for Accounts Payable Specialist :
- Schedule for Accounts Payable Specialist: M-F, 8am-5pm (hour break)
- Pay Rate: $26-$30/hr depending on experience
Job Responsibilities & Description for Accounts Payable Specialist :
- 85% AP, 10% AR, 5% assisting manager with accounting tasks
- Responsible for entering invoices and cutting checks for various companies within the organization and following up with vendors and those within the company on invoice status. Tracking check runs from when the check is cut to when it is mailed out.
- Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment
- Running various AP reports as requested
- Responsible for our Credit card process. Downloading credit card statements from their websites into Excel, reaching out to employees for receipts, matching receipts to the charges, filling in the proper GL codes into Excel within set financial deadlines
Job Requirements for Accounts Payable Specialist :
- High Volume AP experience within last 3 years using Job Cost with PO's and Subcontracts
- Sage 300/Procore Experience a plus
- Strong Excel, Microsoft, and 10-key scores
