Job Title: Accounts Payable Receivable Clerk - 150 E 42nd Street

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, prepares documents for payment to creditors of the Mount Sinai Health System.
• Matches invoices, receiving reports and purchase reports for assigned vendors and approves for data entry.
• Checks invoices on pricing, proper approvals, receiving reports, purchase orders, expenditure controls, freight charges, shipping variances, etc.
• Maintains file system for unmatched invoices, missing information, unpaid invoices and unresolved problems. Sends out inquiries and follows up with phone calls to obtain necessary information.
• Processes month-end accruals

Requirements:

• Education:High School Diploma/GED
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• The ability to work independently and on a team

Compensation

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $22.31 - $23.55 Hourly. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
