Accounts Payable Manager
Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Match invoices to purchase orders for accuracy.
2. Accounts Payable coding/entry into Macola
3. Prepare checks, wire transfers, and credit card transactions for payment in a timely manner.
4. Reconcile to vendor statements
5. Handle and resolve all incoming Accounts Payable vendor communication
6. Manage all vendor relations
7. Assist Controller with cash flow
8. Maintain all W-9’s
9. Assist other accounting staff, as needed
10. Other projects, as assigned
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable in a manufacturing environment is critical. Must be a strong problem solver with an accounting background, good interpersonal skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets. Computer skills very important and experience with Macola is highly desired. Strong math, computer, and written/verbal communication skills a must.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
