ACCOUNTS PAYABLE LEAD

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Sharper Management is a locally-owned, mid-sized property management company offering a full suite of premier services to the Minneapolis-St. Paul seven-county area in a fast-paced, energetic, and exciting work environment.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Sharper Management is seeking a full-time, highly skilled Accounts Payable Lead to join our fast-growing accounting department.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Process client vendor payments
• Research and resolve vendor issues
• Maintain accurate vendor records
• Communicate effectively with vendors and customers
• Process annual 1099’s
• Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software, including G Suite and Microsoft products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task and meet tight deadlines independently and within a team environment

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Three to five years of Accounts Payable experience in a lead role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Very strong attention to details

SALARY: $50-60k DOQ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
