ITx Companies is a contact center located in downtown Findlay, Ohio and Kingsport, Tennessee. Our Healthcare Financial Navigators call our client’s patients with outstanding medical balances
and help them setup payments to resolve them, answer questions about the balances, and report issues back to the health systems. What We’ll Love About You:

• Previous experience in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable
• Accounting Software and general accounting experience preferred
• High energy, focused, hardworking, motivation to learn and grow
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and ability to work independently
• Ability and desire to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
• Overall comfort with technology, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work on
  phone and computer simultaneously
• Ability to work at a computer for long periods of time
• Coachable and teachable
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to be accountable for your performance and results
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

What You’ll Do:

• Independently and successfully process daily payables/receivables
• Perform reconciliations
• Maintain confidentiality and safekeeping of all company and client/patient data
• Support all functions of Financial Leadership as needed which may include reporting,
  data verification, and data entry as well as patient transactions support
• Other duties as assigned
• Up to 10% travel required as needed
