The ideal candidates must possess excellent communications skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Accounting experience or education, and knowledge of Microsoft Office are required. This position will report directly to the firm's controller.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing accounts payable using PerfectLaw/AIM accounting software and other computer programs. Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors. Ensuring bills are processed accurately. Assisting the accounting department in different projects, tasks and assignments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
