SCOPE OF WORK:
Performs duties necessary to process vendor invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner
ensuring that all Purchase Orders are matched up appropriately.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reviews payable invoices for accuracy and matches to appropriate purchase order submitted for
authorization of purchase. Corresponds/communicates with vendors when necessary to correct or modify invoices received. Enters payable invoices to ensure proper electronic data.

WHAT YOU OFFER
- EDUCATION:
- High school graduate, G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
- EXPERIENCE:
- One-two years of previous accounts payable experience.
- Must be flexible, organized, and able to work under time constraints to meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Computer and data entry experience required, as well as ability to operate ten-key adding machine proficiently.
- Must also be familiar with general office procedures.
