Overview:
The Position:: : The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for supporting accounts payable processing services for RPM Living. This role will be responsible for providing support for an assigned portfolio of properties including but not limited to vendor management, customer inquiries and vendor payments.

The Position:: : The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for supporting accounts payable processing services for RPM Living. This role will be responsible for providing support for an assigned portfolio of properties including but not limited to vendor management, customer inquiries and vendor payments.
Responsibilities:
- Complete daily check processing
- Distribute checks timely
- Void checks
- Resolve accounts payables inquires submitted via ticketing system
- Assist with researching delinquent invoices and facilitate timely payments
- Provide accounts payable support and training
- Assist with 1099 processing
- Participate in special projects as required
High School diploma or GED equivalent- Minimum 2-4 years experience in accounts payable department
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage preferred
